  3. As far my knowledge goes I have a feeling that there is no nativeness or belongingness particularly for Madhya Pradesh. This is one of the reason for its backwardness. It is a multicultural society. The native population are the tribals who have no say. Although discrimination has not been felt so far but the fact remains that though it is minority community no benefits have been given by the Govt just as it is given to other such communities communities. One of the reason being we have no representation in the political scenario. It is time that Bengalees should unite and show their strength now.

  4. It is a very sad moment for the Bengalee society of Bhopal of having lost two towering personalities of the city in a very short period of 3 months. First Late Shri Shashanko Mukherjee and now Late Smt Pragya Mukherjee. Both of them had distinct characters and were known for their outright expressions. In the early years of buildingup of the Benglee Society of Bhopal both of them contributed wholeheartdly and played a leading role. Both of them were past Presidents of the Society and played an active role. Late Smt Mukherjee will be remembered by one and all for her smiling and pleasing personality. May her soul rest in peace in heaven. Salil Chatterjee, Secretary,Bengalee Association, Bhopal.
